My stock options are…???

Worthless....
Back-In-The-Day with Wyeth, field reps would receive options that garnered $100,000 over a 10 year period.
Pfizer options remain a beautiful reflection of the Worthless of this Organization. Pfizer: so muck promise. Reality: so much disappointment. Improve immediately or I will personally place you on PIP!!!

The number of my stock options are a reflection of my work for the company

The value of my stock options is a reflection of the lack of impact and poor decision making by AB and his sorry cadre of minions.

PFE board, DO YOUR JOB

For the options issued a decade ago, the word is worthless. I hoped that we could crawl over the strike price when we beat the quarter and maybe could get some bounce off SGN. No dice.

I just hope that PFE isn’t cutting deals that make it hold value for the C Suite dolts that have fostered this mess.

A decade of sideways to down. It really is a devastating reflection of poor leadership and execution that we can’t add value in an overall market that has doubled in the same 10 years,

Everyone "in the know" understands that this place is a bastion of mediocrity. Comparing Pfizer stock value to, say, that of our former peers (for example, Novartis, Merck, GSK, Johnson and Johnson) over the past 15 years is enough to make ya gag.

Left PFE over 10 years ago (I know get a life), Had options from early 2000's that were underwater then. At least the RSOs were paid out at face value. Now it's the same story, amazing that PFE still is handing these out and the sad part is the PFE employees that except them to be valuable. Advise people to look up the stock history of PFE and make an informed financial decision.

Here are the facts that activist critics of Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla are missing, according to a Yale analysis
'Some misleading narratives about Bourla’s leadership that have been put forward have been distinctly unfair,' write Jeff Sonnenfeld and Steven Tian.

Yale analysts apparently have never met Bourla and have none of their financial life tied to the company. My guess: if they are affiliated with Yale, they love the same social warrior BS as AB, SS etc

PFE only has to add 20% in value over the next 4 months to get the expiring options above water.

Said a different way: PFE has to add 20% in stock value to match where we were a decade ago. It’s malfeasance that leadership remains in place with this sorry performance
