Unfortunately women’s health seems to be treated worse and worse… hard to make a good bonus… huge lack of resources and very large geographies. People seem to be fleeing. Hit hard with the lay offs in January and this product is often blamed for the company being broke.

If you are unemployed this is okay. No long term safety and leadership above the regional level is lacking. This company ‘says’ they are about their people but they are not about their field people or the direct field leaders. Everyone is this divison is looking for their next gig bc upper management gives less than two poops about us. That trickes down.

So Myfembree is a half decent product in a small market. Even if we are the top dog, how much do we really generate for the company? I get nervous when I think about what this product does. And managed care sucks.
