Mylan to buy Nephron?

Does anyone think that Mylan would try to buy Nephron? It would definitely eliminate some of Mylan's competition.

I heard Lou Kennedy say one time that she would never go public and would stay a privately owned company.

But it would make sense, as the Kennedy's have a lot of money tied up in the new South Carolina facility and Mylan has a lot of money ear marked for purchasing companies, as Mylan wants to be the largest generic drug company in the world. They just spent $1.6 billion on a pharmaceutical company in India.

I wouldn't want to be part of any company who invests in pharmaceutical companies in India. Are any of them allowed to export drugs to the US these days?

Frankly from what I see from both the SC and Orlando sites, I'd roll the dice and go with India.
