CSL used to be a leader in hemophilia & bleeding disorders. Reps were respected for their clinical knowledge base & their ability to interact with the consumers, without pulling a Baxter or Bayer. Now, not so much. Unfortunately, senior leadership has been a revolving door for years. And, with each new crop of "leaders", there is a desperate need for them to own their dirt & make an impact. Yet, they don't even get the unique business model in the hemophilia space. I'd say go elsewhere unless you love working lots of nights & weekends and completely agree that better is always possible.
