Big challenge. Even the most skilled managers would probably avoid this - CRM is a very very difficult sell for this company.

Was contacted for an interview and know some of the reps and the product is good. I understand the basic challenges with company size but I see an upside to the trend of account managed physicians, acct pricing wars etc. What are the key draw backs you commonly hear?
-lack of coverage?
-poor pricing?
-product issues?
-skill level of staff?

What is the territory range/coverage?

If you could give me some insight on the good and the bad I would greatly appreciate it. I have a strong background in management and sales and love big challenges...within reason.

They need to coach their recruiters to speak to the level of the position they are recruiting. You would have thought I was seeking a theme park job...too funny. Total turn off.

Agree. I interviewed thinking one thing based on what I was told and was told the position (and pay) was significantly different. Not sure the caliber of people they will be able to attract with the scale they are targeting.

They are not willing to pay for a skilled professional. An average rep is making more than they will offer so why change and risk working for a little company with no viable future.
