Seriously, Bob Moccia's son is now a rep?? Gary Borsos' daughter too?? Do Fabry, Cowgill or Boris have any kids who need jobs?? Seriously, at this point does it really matter? Maybe Jeff has some other nephews, nieces or cousins with no experience that can be given sales jobs. Obviously upper mgmt has no belief in the long term stability of this train wreck of a company. At least they can get some experience on their children's resume.

One question, does HR have a say in this, or does their opinion even matter at Graceway?

I'll take it as a good sign. Why have your son or daughters start here if it was going to fold anytime soon?
 
Neither Chris Moccia or Lynne Borsos are "starting" with Graceway - both have been around for a few years. Chris was sort of a part time admin ("helping out" in his words including manning the lobby desk and answering phones) until he was given an analyst job. Lynne worked for Darin VanArsdalen the past few years (they went to the same college) until she became a rep.

I see the thinking of the person that posted the comment that maybe these moves are simply something to get another skill set on their resumes before the company implodes.

Chris had a meltdown and could not handle the job. He is gone, and apparently kicked out of his parent's house. Too bad, I am sure his friends like to beat off to his mon.

Lynn will not be a good sales rep. either, even by Graceway standardss

That experiment did not seem to work so well.

H.R. had little role here except to dole out punishment.
