Even IF someone knew the answer to your questions and were willing to share the specs on their device WHO CARES? That thing will not see the light of day for at least 5 years.
I would be very surprised if they had anything innovative in the form of new waveforms. Based on what I have heard (and it wasn't much, was a couple years back) I'm thinking they are going to go for a low cost IPG with standard waveforms. Likely they will try to undercut the other big players on cost alone. May be a flop in the US but we'll have to see about the rest of the world.
