As a 30+ year pharma veteran, reading this book gave me the shits. The fact that a Purdue, Cephalon and Insys (among many others) could continue to perpetuate illegal, off label sales efforts all in the name of greed, makes the rest of us who have long term, respectful, by the books, compliant relationships with our providers, look dirty. Burlakoff deserves all of the disgrace that can be thrown at him for the rest of his miserable, used car salesman life. Drug companies should not be allowed to be started by or run by Indian physicians, virtually everyone of them including Sun Pharma, have been corrupt shams that don’t amount to shit. Thanks to all of you Insys asswipes who continued to ruin the perception of this industry.
