new contract

Yes, Publicis is not picking up PDI Shared, but the PDI management (whoever that is) are trying to still land contracts. Mgrs. are telling the remainder reps that something may be coming our way. I guess time will tell.

Any news ?
Looks like we have nothing hope I'm wrong!

Sorry dude, this looks like the end of the line:

http://biz.yahoo.com/e/151223/idxg8-k.html

"In connection with the closing of the transactions contemplated by the Asset Purchase Agreement, on December 22, 2015, the Company entered into a transition services agreement with the Buyer, pursuant to which the Company will provide certain services to the Buyer for up to six months following the closing, and a restrictive covenant agreement with the Buyer, pursuant to which, among other things, the Company will be prohibited from competing with the Commercial Services Business until December 31, 2020."

PDI is operating with the Keryden contract and is looking for other contracts. The point in the article cited on this thread basically means that PDI's old company that is not the contract sales org cannot develop a new CSO and compete against the one it sold. So, bottom line, they are looking for a contract, baby formula is the buzzword and if they cant find something by end of March, 90 days was what derm company gave us, then its deep doo doo after that...

So here is a question for the Company that really doesn't exist!
So how can a Company that's really not a company anymore negotiate a contract.
Who would want to give them a contract?
Secondly, who at the company that doesn't exist is negotiating this so called contract.
Finally, why would Publicis allow this to happen?
So if anyone out there has an honest answer let's here what you have to say.
The way I see it when Kerydin is done we will be done as well!

New contract where are you?
I guess not here that's for sure.
We weren't in the plans anyway.
To bad they BS'd us.
But what else would or could we expect.
Very sad there is no accountability
by these outstanding leaders!
