Ok, have been on a break since contract was cut short in Oct., any info on new contracts coming up this month? Real contracts, like over 100 reps or more. Big pharma has cut sales, now is time for Business Develpoment to be pounding the pavement, too many ppl have never heard of Inizio in the US

Told me husband that Inizio will have new contracts in the new year, guess I was wrong. He said you can have till Feb to be off, but you need to get another job. So, now I am back on the job hunt. Any openings in GA at any pharma companies...please list.

It seems to me they are losing focus on the core business which is a contract sales organization. That is slipping away while they attempt to start up new consulting / advisory businesses.

Even if new contracts come up, good luck getting on it. They don’t like when you switch contracts even if it’s a better opportunity for you. They would rather you leave then switch

Correct. I left Ashfield after I tried to switch contracts, was told no. 4 months later my contract ended and no job

So any news for new contracts in 2025? Would like to get off of the one I am on...3yrs is a long time doing the same thing without raises.
Though, the other contracts aren't paying that much more than mine

Its not their core focus. No ones core focus is CSO, its a shit business. Inizio is actually pretty diversified, the last thing they want to double down on is low profit margin lines of revenue.
