Would love some feedback! Interviewed for a new position today from what I understand it is an expansion.. does anyone know salary range, car offered, benefits, 401 K match? How is the culture, pipeline??? Please be kind and honest in your answers I want to consider this opportunity but would love employee feedback!

Salary range is $125-155, bonuses are low here and hard to earn these days. Ask HR about benefits. Culture was great but new leadership came in and now it’s bleak. High turnover, unhappy environment. Managers forced to micromanage reps, expect primary care call metric expectations and treatment from leadership. High dinner program quotas. Taking time out of field is highly discouraged no matter the reason. Product is good but wouldn’t recommend working here if you have other options. Expansion territories aren’t well thought out. Drug coverage is poor. Don’t bank on pipeline here.

Did you not bother to read the thread right before you posted this?
It sounds like you would be perfect here. Zero interest in any previous rep experiences or awareness to engage in any content posted prior to initiating this thread. Have you ever played basketball? That in combination with your audacity may make you qualified to be our third VP of sales in four years.

What territory did you interview for?

They will only hire you if you played high school basketball.

I recently interviewed for an open position in the dermatology division. After conversing with the hiring manager and several sales representatives, I found several aspects alarming. For starters, very rigid call plan expectations allowing for little autonomy. I often questioned to myself if this is an entry level primary care position. Speaking of which, lower end base salary for dermatology. Not as low as primary care, but for selling a drug that competes with biologics, I was expecting a salary that would also compete. Benefits were disappointing. I was told that the health benefits are fantastic. They are fantastic at most pharma companies. That’s not a selling point. Company does not offer sick days. I thought I misheard but it was made clear that you have to use vacation days if you are sick. Quite the opposite of Arcutis’ Flexible PTO. I had some questions regarding the Immunology division. No comprehensive answers. No clear plan there. When asking reps what the pros are at Incyte, they only speak to medical benefits. Again, I’m not sold. Wouldn’t touch a current opportunity here with a ten foot pole.

P.S. I thought all the basketball jokes on CP were for fun but I heard from a rep that they did have a Teams meeting just about playing basketball and how it relates to sales. Mind blown.

If you don’t play or coach basketball don’t apply… the DBM/manager in the Midwest should be a rep totally clueless. I talked to him and he seems like he’s in space. Who hires these people? Stay at Arcutis way better company .

Recruiter here, one of your pain point competitors (think Z or V) is planning an expansion and I was explicitly told “as many Incyte sales reps as possible) so throw this mess on the top of your resume and get ready to be treated like an adult!

Good to hear there are companies that recognize the value people with derm experience bring to the table…they sure don’t here anymore!

So… either go to Organon where they’re cutting left and right or go to a company with $200M debt, 2 years of solubility, a $10 stock price, and have to buy my own car? Slim pickings.

We now get 3 sick days. Not much but 3. There was never any announcement so use them if you didn’t know we have them.

The benefits truly are the best in the industry.

The call metrics are absolutely on par with primary care.

Lots of unanswered expansion questions and always a lot of change but very stable place to be. You’ll hate it if you’re coming from a place like Pfizer.

The reps are solid, good people. Amazing actually.

Next meeting we need to carve out some time to do a workshop on navigating & posting on CP.
