Paxlovid leadership is a joke. CF is the biggest joke of all. He's a VP for Inizio, but comes to National Meetings dressed like a hick with his cowboy hot and stupid sunglasses...who can respect this putz? Can't believe Pfizer hasn't done something about him. Is he the brainchild that blew the budget with over spending on lunches and snacks? The fact that they were pushing this spend so much with no set parameters only to slam the brakes on it is probably a good indicator. The mileage reimbursement debacle is another one. Giving reps the option to choose the payout with no oversight? There are those that drive a great deal, and with different gas prices in every state, really needed the set reimbursement to just break even as gas prices are so high the paltry 25 cents a mile couldn't cover their spend. Then you have reps, who never work, taking the set amount option, and actually making money, and once again, blowing the budget numbers. Pure fiscal incompetence. Pay and comp is a fucking joke, and even after layoffs there will still be an exodus of reps leaving. Take a new job and increase your base by 50% minimum? Who wouldn't leave except those that use the job as part time work for really good benefits and supplemental income? This contract will be 86'd be the end of the year. Get your resumes tuned up, kiddies.
