Hope you didn't accept a position. Device doesn't perform as marketed. A lot of complications that the company gets real creative in language of how to pin it as operator error rather than own that it doesn't work as they say it does. They stand by their data that is not real world result and reproducible. It's a putting out fires kind of job. A lot of rejection. Company attracts new to industry talent that knows no better, those looking for a temporary position while letting non-competes expire, or the majority being those who can't get hired elsewhere. There are some shady characters who work there. If you are desperate take the position, but don't stop looking.
