Senior management changes won't solve the underlying problems. I don't like some of them any more than you do, but the current state of the business is clearly NOT their fault. These are old problems brought on by a decade of not being diligent. Almost every department suffers from it. Pharmaderm hasn't hit a forecast in forever. IT infrastructure is a joke. Manufacturing infrastructure is so ancient that another earthquake may pulverize the place. R&D is dead in the water because of years of not adding projects. Regulatory was in shambles from years of poor oversight. QA...HR...etc.
Changing senior management won't suddenly change these issues. If you are naive enough to believe that changing them will solve our problems, you will be let down again. The truth is we have a mess, like a garage stuffed with junk for 30 years. The only solution is to realize we have to pull it all out and go through everything one piece at a time and repack it properly.
If people on these boards spent 1% of the energy they do on ranting instead on productive ideas, we'd have some great ideas. The only thing that will happen with the name calling and personalizations is that the thread gets taken down. All that ranting energy down the tubes.
Current Senior management seem to lack knowledge of their very own department and show little urgency at learning what can or cannot actually be performed. How can you fix what you don't know ? All have been in positions to make improvements yet little has changed in the last year. We know We know, blame the prior senior management .The disconnect between departments for such a small company is astounding Yes,many workers did give warning signs about compliance issues to senior management and were tuned out. Changing senior management wont suddenly solve the issues but maybe a new cast would be a little less arrogant ,smug , knowledgeable and be more willing to get involved in the operation.
A few people skills would be a huge bonus.
Exactly, and those who are being attack, are being attacked for a reason...they have lined their pockets at the expense of the company, and then they blame everything on previous management. Excuse me, but there are still a couple of "previous management" members on the leadership team, and the "new one" from Bradley came in here selling us all a bill of fictitious pipeline products. All of them are part and parcel of the problems. The joke is, they will all walk away with big payouts, and the rest of us will be out of luck, and no jobs.Current Senior management seem to lack knowledge of their very own department and show little urgency at learning what can or cannot actually be performed. How can you fix what you don't know ?
