New RSD




First time Lee gets to replace a RSD he goes outside the company.
Further proof how poor new leadership is.

Is this more of the usual moaning and groaning from Michigan? We just had a director promotion from within to the Braemar team and multiple AE candidates for the RSD job but nobody a was willing to relocate. Get your facts straight. Lee is a smart guy and has done a lot of hiring.
 


It is becoming more and more clear that they spent too much capital on Lifewatch. Lifewatch had nothing but a software platform and no products that will transition into any usable future platform. So for 281M they have some new customers, 40 new sales reps and a huge financed debt to pay off.
 


the investor community certainly doesn’t agree with your view of the situation. maybe you’re not smart enough to understand what it means to have your company’s stock price double in less than a year.

Lee has read a lot of books, but let's be honest. His people skills suck more than a blackhole. The guy has close to zero real in the field sales skills and his exact words I overheard him say once "if a rep isn't at goal for 2 months they should be put on a plan"

Yet backorders, broken devices, bad customer service and everything else.. That's fine.. But heaven forbid you aren't at goal because you lost an account for something completely out of your control, if he has his way you would be on a plan.

The guy should work in a back office with zero human interaction. Any of his findings should then be passed to someone who can actually integrate with society.
 




He missed his goal for the year. Jen is making him look like a fool.

Jen is actually a normal person, she was a rep. You can have a real conversation with her.

She isn't some guy with zero personally like her counterpart who is unable to see the forest for the trees. That's his biggest issue and I feel he is teaching that attitude to his managers. I mean look at all the open positions.

Of the 20 or so open...<5 are West coast. Let's look at those numbers, perhaps managers should be put on plans.

He's teaching him managers to work a certain way and hiring those with similar traits.. Which doesn't work. I've never met a single person that speaks highly of him other then his managers (and most reps speak poorly of their managers)
