Do you really think it matters? Q is a dud. And I like how people think that they “sell” to an HCP. Only way to have an HCP write your drug it works better than the existing treatment or you befriend them and build trust. Culture went in the shitter a few years ago.

That is an issue but not the main issue. The main issue is this disease state is seasonal. In Q1 their excuse on the low bonus payout was because "high deductible season". In Q2 the low bonus payout excuse is going to be "summer break falloffs".

The nation better bonus and bonus well in Q3 or else.

Erratic changes in targeting and rankings are a clear indicator on how desperate upper management has become.

The timing is quite questionable considering Back2School is really the only time us reps can bonus. I really hope Gary is ok with retaining reps that are ok with making $2500 in bonus because those are the only reps this plan is attractive to.
