Nominate the Worst Manager in This Thread








I worked for several ABMs over the years when things were good. But they all saw it as a lifestyle job. All never cared other than check in the box field visits. Any information they provided was rubber stamp corporate propaganda. NO original thought!!!
 












Hands down HJ Tenn. Absolutely ridiculous hire. Left the compny once then returns and has the nerve to act like some kind of big shot. Personality of that spinster hen from the foghorn leghorn cartoon and the hair of a Komondor. No solutions only opinions. A manager in training at best but has a long way to go. She is being groomed for management and is letting KN down. Proof that this company lacks foursight and led by the people that got us here. Multiple people on her own team has nothing good to say about her and are seeking other opportunities.

This is the correct answer. I know . . . I'm on her team. (Ugh!) Looking for something else as we speak, and can't wait to tell her what she needs to hear about her interpersonal skills, like stay off your phones on ridealongs. Evidently she has an agenda. She just got rid of one of the most likeable people on her team and I've heard there's a couple more she is trying to force out. When the people you have had a hand in leaving your team outnumbers the people you've managed that is a clear red flag. She is a miserable human being, and has her 1 or 2 people she likes to gossip with about the other team members.

Amen! Just as soon as I get my bonus I'm gone. Sux working for someone you know you are their superior in every way. No respect for her in the least. She and the other gossip hens can stay and go down with the ship. Couldn't happen to a more deserving team and manager. Her leadership has KN frustrated. You could see it on his face at the meetings. He struggled to make a bad situation upbeat. I was told recently by someone higher up that she is about to go on a PIP herself.
 


HJ makes the mistake of speaking to one specific member of her team as though they keep things confidential. She doesn't realize that her confidant MP isn't that great at keeping secrets. :eek: The rest of the team has heard more things said about them individually by her than she realizes and now the team resents her. HJ thinks she's pretty smart or pretty intimidating but she's just a sad little emotionless corporate shill trying to look like big stuff. No ones buying it. She couldn't have been that competent of an attorney if she works here. HJ if you're reading this you're not as slick as you think you are sis. :p I'm faaarrrr smarter than you could ever hope to be.
