This is the correct answer.  I know . . . I'm on her team.  (Ugh!)  Looking for something else as we speak, and can't wait to tell her what she needs to hear about her interpersonal skills, like stay off your phones on ridealongs.  Evidently she has an agenda.  She just got rid of one of the most likeable people on her team and I've heard there's a couple more she is trying to force out.  When the people you have had a hand in leaving your team outnumbers the people you've managed that is a clear red flag.  She is a miserable human being, and has her 1 or 2 people she likes to gossip with about the other team members.
