Noncompete

Do Lilly reps sign non competes? Cause one of your prior reps just broke it big time if so
No. If even we did, non competes should be illegal. Why should a previous company have any say on what you do after you quit. Companies aren't loyal to us, so why be loyal to them? A pharma company would fire/layoff anyone first chance they get, especially Lilly. First chance id get, id divulge every "secret" lilly has. Oh noooo.....not the sensitive information....oh my god!!!

A noncompete is superfluous for a rep. None of you know anything about asset or pipeline strategies. No company is hiring a catering rep to divulge financials.

Ha are you talking about the chick from Lilly that did a regional role play using the Lilly weight loss products detail to our biggest competitor since she left and went there? “Divulging how we are told to sell against them….Lol comical

No, but expect us to re-evaluate next year depending on who wins the election. This may not apply immediately to sales, but future competitors trying to get on the obesity train are already poaching our R&D and marketing/access people. We are a recruiter's dream because we don't have a non-compete. A company like Amgen can easily outbid Lilly on compensation, and they can offer remote work for anyone who prefers not to relocate. They also know that the people who really know the diabetes/obesity space well are being passed over in the Dave/Dan regime, and sick of propping up those who are promoted beyond their competence.
