I'm tired of this "not a good fit" excuse to let go of agn legacy. This is crap. Amazing top performer reps have been let go for no reason. It is clear legacy skm mgt has it out for legacy agn TMs and I've had enough!
I thought that this would stop with the changes at the top.... Clearly not.
Hubert - please take a look into your managers and ADs! They are shady to say the least and if anyone isn't a good fit it is them. They are bullies. the terror and fear we endure everyday is ridiculous... And it really is because we are agn TMs. Skm mgrs aren't happy with the changes and they let us know everyday and take it out on us. Skm mgr shoved skinmedica down our throats and had zero perspective and didn't care to listen to other ideas or the way agn does things. They lived by their own rules in this last year and didn't care about corp directives. We are told to do quid pro quo and "pretend it's not". I've never seen managers lie so much in my entire career and play favorites to skm legacy and torture agn legacy. If anyone else said anything good about a agn legacy tm to our ad or rm, the good comments were never acknowledged and treatment towards us got worse.
Take a look at the turnover rate and reasoning. Not one skm legacy let go for "not a good fit"... But agn legacy- all let go for "not a good fit". It's not right. Skm mgt is not on board with agn.
This is what's happening!!!! Skm mgrs have zero respect for agn and are ruining he company. It's about time some accountability was put on these RMs and ADs!
