The organization is not prepared. Very unrealistic expectationsFirst of all the drug has zero.....repeat ZERO coverage will be not covered for close to a year and even then probably a low tier. Second hospitals will not address the drug until it is covered by insurance and then it will have to run through formulary protocol. Formulary protocol takes minimum 8 months and averages 12-14 months and that is on top of waiting for insurance coverage. So best case is 18 months until the first formulary CONSIDERATION and then price will be a factor. By Sepetmber sales leadership will be crying about lack of coverage as to why they are failures.....the finger pointing will begin and by Feb of 2024 lights out.
