Not good!!

I know there are all kinds of positions posted and that’s because people are leaving as quick as possible. I know there will be positions in Dallas and other areas of in Texas. Also around the country! So with that said take my advice when I tell you stay far far away from them. They will pay you good money for a base then screw you on bonuses by making a Rx a decimal point of .01. So it takes 10 Rx’s to make 1 full Rx. This job is not worth the risk and the stress. They are about to go through a huge layoff and if a manager tells you not to worry that’s more about the low producing regions that’s a lie.

Yeah…well I’m riding this roller coaster until it falls off the tracks. I’m not leaving without Bayer paying me severance.

I’m not sticking around for the crazy bloodbath that is coming…even if I managed to dodge it, I’m sure I won’t be happy in this new world of DSO.

Survivor guilt is real and often augmented by a “retention bonus” that’ll make you feel even worse. I gotta say after reading the WSJ article it’s seems eminent that big changes(cuts) are likely. Bills got a full plate of issues and my quests is hell cut into bone then add back as desperately needed. No time for complacency, good luck to all “if it is to be irs up to me”.
