(Not so) even playing field

Are we all just going to continue to pretend that the states/territories that have easy Medicaid coverage aren’t at an advantage in the rankings? How can the company ethically rank all the territories knowing full well that there are a hand full of states that have drastically different coverage that they can leverage?

Does it even matter? Does the skin cream have at least or more scripts per day that Seglentis was getting? If not count your days.

My territory doesn’t have a ton of Medicaid but I have a ton of commercial patients I think each territory has its positive and negative areas to play in. I feel like the territories are pretty fair. There isn’t any one area dominating the top of the rankings so I don’t feel like the original poster knows what they are saying. The top ten territories are spread out, not all one state like it was with Seglentis. Every Texas territory was in the top.

The poster (I) know exactly what I’m talking about. The top ten are all, but maybe one, in states that have phenomenal Medicaid coverage. Medicaid coverage is an absolute jackpot.

Y’all are really getting scripts? I heard people are still leaving Kowa because the expectations are crazy, salary is crap, and no promise commission.

I heard your momma sucks a mean wiener! We are going to get a bonus and kowa pays on the lower end but it’s a great company and they don’t really lay reps off like most pharmaceutical companies do. A bit lower pay is worth it, I just have to save up a little longer to pay your momma!

Maybe in states with no PA for Medicaid there’s an advantage but that’s not true everywhere. When offices get paid $8 a patient visit, no one is doing a PA. The best case is $35 for a blocked commercial plan. No one needs to do any follow up paperwork that way.

That’s what I mean states with Medicaid that do NOT require a PA. California just had a big win with Medi-cal where that is concerned so I anticipate Cali reps growing drastically.

California didn’t have a win, California is a managed medi-cal state! It has been covered since launch they just removed the PA.just corporate hype.

UM. That’s a fucking win. No PA means they’re giving it away like candy. In the words of Oprah, “you get a zoryve, you get a zoryve, YOUUU get a zoryve.
