Have some time before cuts are active.... Are you working? Going through the motions? Even showing up? Is anyone working with you knowing that you're leaving?
Some are working, some are not. Most are being professional about it. Some from other regions were let go last year and have shown that it has not bothered them one bit.
Interesting perspective. Once everybody leaves in end of Feb/March, then the real fun begins...
