This is very true. Some received notifications from their managers before they should have. It was based on your current salary and performance. Some were very significant too.
Those raises being based on performance are complete bullshit as many of us did not receive credit for MANY Rx’s due to the “reporting “ error. Yes, some of the raises were very significant. Begining of the year I will be looking for something else, maybe a company that actually sees my value.
