What is the salary like for the Neuroscience position?

I was hired in just recently at over 105 K

Just hired in Cleveland very nice base and will work a few hours a week this as easy as 123

The generally band for NS Specialty is betwee 83-110K with bonus payout aroung 25k or so a year. There is a higher level as well (Executive I think) with a slightly higher bonus goal. Not sure what the salary band is for that, but obviously higher than the former.

Good company to work for overall. Some issues with technology and processes, but that comes with any non-"Big Pharma" company. I like the culture and the product is great. Worst part of the job is probably trying to ignore the negativity from BMS. Can't blame them. They get screwed with a forced ranking system for bonuses, and they know their time is running out.

Thank you very much for your info and candor. You seem to know what you are talking about. Is the 110K the max even if you are a new rep with Otsuka in the NS division-but if you have another pharma Company's experience or is the 110K the max even a tenured rep that's been with Otsuka for awhile would get?
