Is this a joke? The NSM is in Mexico? This is the dumbest move ever, but then again, look at the stupid European assholes running this company. Get out while you can on your terms.
 




This is not fake news. This is sadly a fact. Talk about a liability. Wtf are they thinking? Just research the current crime in Cancun with the cartels. From what I’ve heard, tons of people are refusing to go. Smart people.

If you have any insider information, do tell. I recently applied for a position and I need to know if I’m making a huge mistake. Seeing an NSM in Cancun already gives me reason to pause.
 








Ok: Firstly, run don't walk...don't sign up for this company that is nothing but a shell for their mafia ties in Sicily. Not kidding, no joke.

Of course Mexico in January is a SUPER idea. Cheap as dirt, risky, and compliance issues abound. Perfect.

As soon as I left Fidia I increased my salary/ bonus by over 50K. They are inept, plan to turn people over constantly, and people are there just to hide out. SOOOO many reps have concurrent second jobs and just pretend to work their territories. Very frustrating to have zero managed care support, a "me too" "drug" (one of like, 17? and slipshod marketing.

Gross and greasy people in charge who can't get hired elsewhere.
 




Oh yes, what the world needs is a 3X HA in addition to a 1, 2, and 3/5. A "drug" that doesn't work IN THE FIRST PLACE. A sick waste of resources. Is this the answer to the non-existent pipeline? Yeah, try getting that on formulary...among another what...? 20 competing products. This is a rung BELOW primary care and led by a ring of criminals and fools.
 








Clearly either one of the stupid Europeans espousing propaganda, or a sycophant of the the European leadership to make such a delusional statement. Stupid direction led by stupid people, especially that gray-haired old goat that thinks he’s a financial wizard.
 


First time I’ve ever posted on Cafepharma. NSM was a joke! 29 of 55 reps attended and the rest said no thanks. All bs aside, not a company to work for unless you’re laid off and can’t find anything else. 99.9% of the sales force has their resume out. Truth.
 


This is by far the most unethical, sloppy place I have ever seen. Euros who don't even try to understand US healthcare, mostly in it to provide a shell business for Italy. "Device" sales? REALLY? What a farce and its a strike against you if you've been here. Buyer BEWARE

Huh??? Did you attend? I was hoping to build on momentum from previous 2 years, get some clarity on the BIG partner arrangement, but never happened. This was the worst NSM I ever attended in my career, so you must be delusional, or special needs. Time to move on.
 




This company has been leading the way in Failure since they made the sales force direct.


What a fucking joke of a company. It is absolutely a black eye on your resume to list Fidia. I couldn't get an interview with it on my resume.
