Honestly, not DB here. It is long over due that we talk about our issues so we can solve our problems. If all you want to do is complain, then I don't have time for that. If you take a good look around you, there are reps that will make near 200k and if you keep up with the math, one will make well over 500k. So if you are looking for someone to join you in a B*T*h fest then you should probably move on to a company that will spoon feed you. If you would like to move from the end of the line (where your commissions are small) to the front (where they are hefty), then I'm ready to start talking with those of us who want to find a way to make it work.
Anybody want to comment on what top reps are doing to get their numbers?
