This company is so poorly run. No communication from strategic accounts manager and vp sales. People are leaving in mass quantities. Those left are all looking to leave. Only take this job if you are desperate.
No 10%, No 10g, No $ for IVIG, No explanations!
Let management spend their time on AirWatch, CRM issues, IT upgrades, Reports, Hiring Elite Coag Reps and.... replacing all the employees who are leaving!
5 reps and 2 medical affairs directors all in one week....right before the NSM. Only 2-3 went to Durata, the others left for other companies...anything is an upgrade at this point.
If any of this shocks management, they are either lying or in denial. The issues have been complained about for ages, but it all falls on deaf ears. Maybe if they just read the posts here! Can't wait to see what they spring on us at this meeting!
