Office know it all

She's (TA) taken over making the rules her way & once again her staff suffers. TS has been with her forever & now she's leaving. This woman has done everything in the office including 2 jobs, unpacked the whole move (while TA did nothing). I see & hear the conversations daily & can't believe why she would ever want to work with TA, she's demeaning, rude & comes & gies as she pleases. And why does she get away with it? Because she fails to tell the real truth about where she is. Her boss is somewhere in PA so he never knows where she is or in this case isn't. I've never known someone with so much sick & vacation time. With TS leaving (pls don't go) FL is taking over )or is going to attempt the job. Miserable failure ahead we can all see it coming. She's not competent enough to do the receptionist job so TA idea is to put her in yet another position, basically so someone else can do the grunt work like TS did all this time for her.

I see this tragedy daily, TA has TS do so much & her best friend FL can barely figure out where things are in the office. TS is better off in the long run, the office however will just become TA's playground. Her boss is somewhere in PA & has no idea what she doesn't do all day. Wish my job were as comfy as hers. Come in late, go home early & have everyone else do your work? What a deal. Oh & don't forget talk trash about ppl behind their backs. Yep, that's TA. She's a cancer in the office that cannot be fixed.
