Lots of changes at AAI. Some good, some still a work in progress, but the stuff posted here does not accurately describe what AAI is today.
Love it or hate it, it is a better company today than I have seen for a long time.

Amen. This place has really gone downhill, work sucks, managment is as bad as we have ever seen. I have been here through 11 CEOs/Presidents/Bosses (Bruce, Ken, Marty, Fran, VJ, David J, David H or Phil, Rick, Lee, Pat, Fred) and this is the very worst. This place blows chunks.

I sure wish the Department of Labor would investigate the labor practices of this place and go through this place with a fine tooth comb. Even go back as far as when we were on furlough and see that we were forced to work overtime for straight pay. A clear violation of state and federal law. Yea, that's right. This place is a joke.
 


It depends if you are on the clock or salaried. Working on the clock you have to be paid for your time, no exceptions. If you are a salary-man then they can abuse you as much as you will let them.

AAI has a long history of pay (non payment) issues and abuse of their staff. If you don't buy into the abouse then they can't screw you as badly.

My advice is to leave. I did and am much happier elsewhere. We just got our pay raises and bonuses, almost $4K combined....roughly 5% of base pay, plus we are working tons of overtime (if we want it, no pressure wihich is a nice change) at time and a half.

Good for you! I did not know Dairy Queen gave out bonuses.
Get a life. Move on. Your bitterness is forever, but your impact at AAI was minimal.

Apparently your bitterness is forever. You're just upset that they've gotten out of hell and into a better job making money and are happy. Seems it doesn't really matter what impact they had at AAI, they got out. What's your excuse?
 




SNAFU, Why are people still quitting? It seems to me that most of the people quitting are from mcw. Could it be the management? They fired the people that sacrificed and the new people are quitting. Go figure.!! John Boy must go!
