Because this division has openly practiced ageism, sexism, retaliation and favoritism, and it was all reported to HR. They chose to ignore all the pleas for help. Can we hire a class action attorney? It has gone on long enough.

What do you do when HR is the problem? He is so entitled. He has manipulated and belittled all women long enough. How many do you think would join the suit? I can think of 7.
I will join in. I’ve had my fair share of shit happen. Have gone to Hr on a few different occasions and nothing is done. They are the problem.
How do we get together? I think we need an attorney, can we find one to represent the all of us? HR wont help us! This is an abusive leader that will stop at nothing to get what/who he wants. What a lying manipulative POS.
Thats’s great. But now this division is turning into a run of the mill old school pharma company with reps shlepping around a drug with 10 other large companies and just being a caterer. If you enjoy that sort of thing, have fun. I’m thinking mass exodus and they’ll replace the whole sales force with kids right out of college and pay them crap.
Just remember HR's purpose is to protect the company, not the individual.
HR has failed miserably. With all the sexism and favoritism that was allowed it will cost so much more…. Probably more women will step forward. Some of the stories coming out are too crazy to believe HR just turned their backs. They didnt protect the company or the women that asked for their help. They only protected the boss. . . If our HR dept isnt replaced this will happen again. This is the 2nd boss they have protected. They should be gone.
