Oncology



I got a call from the internal recruiter but had just accepted another position----my understanding is Teva just laid off a bunch of Cephalon reps, so why would they be interviewing for open positions selling Ceph products????
 
BC,MS, and CT are small little men who pick on people that they do not like. They got rid of many good reps b/c of personal dislikes along with some "dead wood".

Kiss butt, say YES, stay with the heard and check your boxes and you will do just fine in this division.

Most of us only work 1 hour per day unless our RM is with us, so it is not a bad job. Lunch is included once or twice a week.
 
I would run from this group. Word is that this group has a senior management team with very junior experience. The sales director is a bs artist that never carried a bag.
 
You guys are idiots if you honestly think there is nothing in Teva's Oncology pipeline. Have you heard of Neugranin and XM22? Last time I checked they were in clinical development P3.

The Oncology division has been taken apart since launch.

A. Current management is not responsible for the success of Treanda but they are playing it that way.
B. Upper management, including all of the marketing positions with the exception of MK have no Oncology experience.
C. The bonus plan including the 25% hold back on your money is the worst plan in the Oncology business today.
D. Omapro will not do well...expectations are too high...this ship does not know what it is doing.
E. The west coast RD from Teva can't work fast enough in figuring out what is really happening here. Must not let BC gain complete and total power of all Oncology...
F. There will be openings.....every Onoclogy rep is looking to leave... It might take two years to get this thing right...in the end BC and MS will be gone....
 
All I can say is that the NSM was absolutely incredible !! Without question the best meeting of my 25 yr career in pharma. It made up for all the B.S. that most of us endured at Cephalon. I honestly don't know why MS & BC are getting such a bad rap ? They have always come across as such honest and decent gentleman that value their people. The NSM was like a mini vacation ! 5 Star Hotel/Incredible rooms/great breakout sessions. Exciting Jeep Ride and the most terrific authentic Mexican meal to cap it off. We got a complete half day off just to hang out, relax & sing for gods sake. What more can you ask for ?? We make great money still and they also gave us great gold pins that I heard were about 250 bucks worth of gold !). Besides I spoke with some DM's at the Mtg and they said "hang on to your hat" because we were going to get a minimum of 20-30,000 options before the year concludes !!!! They all realize that the new comp plan is a total piece of crap but they have to do what's right for the business because of the CIA. With this rich pipeline and great management talent there is no place but up with this organization. Rumor has it that they are going to upgrade our fleet vehicles as well by year end.... heard Passats & Chevy Equinoxes just like biotech (yeah baby !) Teva is listenin
