Currently interviewing in the Oncology division. Is at plan attainable? How is Natera perceived in the market?

I’m told 110-130k salary. 70k bonus at plan. Been in medical device sales for 5 years… worth a move for QOL?
 




Lack of commercial coverage and real competition finally entering the market. Leadership is betting on the growth of the MRD market outpacing the inevitable market share lost to competitors. Senior leadership are clueless scumbags enabled by a blind, deaf, and dumb HR department and a legal team that puts Saul Goodman to shame. MRD is still in its infancy. Look elsewhere.

You should totally join Onc the managers are so professional and you will never be cheated in commission. So long as you stay quest, be a “yes man” you’ll survive on solely ur base for roughly 1-2 years until you find another gig
