"unsavory characters"? Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome. So you want to put Ashish Patel, Pravin Dugel and Chris Simms up agains paige white and kevin clarke? paige white and kevin clark couldn't launch raw chicken to an aquarium full of great whites. Get lost troll.

This is 100% accurate. And, PW probably thinks the Ophthalmology team is primed and motivated to launch in June! Maybe if you stop treating the field teams like they have zero self respect, you might get some shred of respect as their leader?!? Total crazy talk thought, right? We should all apparently be thankful to just be chosen by such a wonderfully virtue signaling, self anointed Anti-VEGF leader though, right?!? It’s primary care all over again! The same old garbage leadership tactics have to work from DS, right PW?
 
Are you currently interviewing or asking for a friend? A few zoom calls with different managers, panel interview, and then interview with NBD.
 
Is the Kevan Clarke referred to in the thread the same one who was VP of sales at Kala pharma? The company the got sold to Alcon? The one he ran in to the ground because he had zero ophthalmology experience? He is a much different man behind closed doors. If this is the case, don’t trust that man. Good luck
 
Leadership consist of a bunch of dicks and dipshits. You have a fat joker out of Kansas who thinks he walks on water. Customers hate him and his direct reports loathe him. The way he treats candidates on interviews is insight to who he is as a “leader”.
