What is the base pay and total compensation for HP sales positions?
I am interviewing as well for an expansion territory in Cali. From what I have found out after speaking with Infection and Wound Care nurses is Oasis Wound Matrix is a good product with lots of upside but they are waiting for additional studies and reimbursement approvals. That being said, what is realistic earnings with this company?
Yes Santyl is approved. What the above poster is hinting at is that HP is getting ready for Phase 3 development of a new cell based therapy drug, however, results are not as positive as released. Future depends on these results. Phase IIb were promising, but a certain AE is hindering further development
Former DM here. Just left for a sales rep job with da vinci. Don't expect long term. Or join but look for a job. Major layoffs once they realize approval is not coming. Do not join the expansion and expect to be with them for more than a year. Trust me. I enjoyed the ride while it lasted. Its coming to an end....

If interviewing here make sure to get solid answers on bonus amounts. Watch them dance around the answer. Then when on board you will realize why you never received a concrete answer.

This comment is rediculous and certainly comes from a disgruntled former employee. MN you should be ashamed of yourself. Don't let your personal issues with the company cloud what reality is.
Bottom line. Hp has grown 20+% over the last two years. Santyl still has no competitors, Oasis lost it's 90 day global and is performing very well in the OR, Regranex is on the way(minor win) and there are VERY promising products being developed in the pipeline(cellular based therapy). Now the have the financial backing and international know-how of S&M. As is the case with EVERY company, HP is not for everyone and is definitely based on who you work for. Most people quit bosses not companies...
So, do I dare ask a simple question of you, at the risk of getting the typical CP sarcasm? I'm in biotech sales, currently employed, clearing 150 avg. & really not interested in going to something short-term. Should I pursue the position or let it go?
