ok, get all the negative info. Does anybody have a positive word to say about anything? How about the SE region?
Any?
Can anyone elaborate on the work load, hours, etc. admin stuff if selling the SpHb.
Great place to work led by dynamic leadership. Ignore the disgruntled employees you read on this site - they are just mad because they don't get everything they want in life.
OMFG!!! Really?? You're either seriously deluded or you've got your nose so far up Kiani's arse that you can't breathe and are so completely segregated from the truth that you're beyond help. OR, you don't even work at Masimo and are just trying to stir up sh*t.
If you don't like it here then quit!

He's actually a master of sarcasm. Surprised you couldn't tell.

Don't be ridiculous. There are no laws against free speech in the US. The fact is, Masimo has some great products and seriously dysfunctional management. The sales comp plan is designed to "keep reps hungry" during a long sales cycle as a way to keep them working hard. If you want a free car, health benefits for normal preventive maintenance and occasional illness or injury, if you want a fairly steady income and a team environment - this isn't the place. If you don't mind free gas and a $420/mth car allowance, $60k base and a possible 5k monthly draw against future commission, if you're ok paying full price for all medical expenses til you hit your annual deductible, and you like the possibility of earning $100 - $250k per year, you will do well and be happy at Masimo.
Sadly, there are too few people who are "at plan" on a regular basis. This is not a company with a bell curve. Good years are great, bad years are tough.
that post sounds familiar
Who are you kidding? More like $100 - $105k. Nobody makes $250k at Mess n Mo except maybe Rick Fishy.
