Openings?



I was here less than 5 months , in that time new hire DM left on 1st week & half of my class was gone before or just a few weeks after training. We all sat beside ourself at training in disbelief of how awful this organization is, no structure no strategy , no coverage etc.. Complete lies , harassment, training was like wink wink on compliance but once in field do whatever it takes to get injections. Many of my dr mentioned the cash for subs etc.. mot unethical organization period & now their parent company suing them.
 
If you choose to come here , it’s a job use it to find another opportunity. But as HARD questions to the hiring mgr. in many cases the 2-3 reps before you were either fired or PIP on the way out. In these cases there is a reason the territory is open. I know of some territory that have had 2-3 reps at least in 20-24 months . What’s that tell you ??

TRUTH. Compliance is a joke and managers on up encourage non compliant behavior. They send things from personal email, and text from personal phone. Liars everywhere. More prison time to come.

Yep it’s all true of a nightmare here. While at training we asked basic science/ medicine questions around the product. Couldn’t even get a straight answer. I was told that’s just how the studies were designed was the stock answer. No rationale etc. some of the trainers were complete drunks , I mean you really gotta get to be this messed up of a organization

You were let go before the new training department was created? Have another drink T.
 
You need to think long and hard before coming here. Ask real hard questions like , what happend to the last rep ? How do you do goal methodology. Has this territory ever been white spaced ? Yet they will still lie and say it’s a great territory & opportunity etc…but just read their body language & call any rep here & get the truth. Bottom line if you need a job take it ,but use your time to find a better place. This is the worst gig of all time
