Why so many ortho openings in your company?... Looking to move but based on all the posts and what I've heard about Ortho... makes no sense to take a job with you.

Who is the sales person or heads up that division? Are they good?

The recruiter said the chuckle head! I knew they were expanding. I heard from one of your reps the leadership sucks and numbers are unobtainable... how is that for jumping to conclusions that your company is in deep shit!

Heard your distributors are robbing you guys blind? How do I get into that?
 
Got called for an interview for the Ortho division. How much is base and potential yearly bonus? 5 years pharma, no experience in Ortho. Read a lot of negative comments on glassdoor website. I'm making $80k in base with a little over $40K/yr bonus. Is the pay more or less here?? Thanks in advance.
 
The RD of the ortho division is like working for the mafia, especially if you have the Texas DM.
