A little over a year ago, Rocatinlimab was on track to be the first OX40 approved for AD, but will now likely be third behind amlitelimab (Sanofi) and telazorlimab (Astria Therapeutics). The Phase III ROCKET trial has been a logistical and executional nightmare, resulting in significant delays.
On top of that, the feedback from many of our investigatiors and key opinion leaders on the drug has been less than favorable.
In short, the drug appears to be dead on arrival, and is clearly not being prioritized by company leadership anymore.
If your intention is to stay in Dermatology, it does not make any since for you to remain at Amgen. We have 1.5 - 2 more years promoting Otezla, and will then shift to launching a late to market drug with inferior data.

But I thought Times magazine said the Aimovig launch was the most successful launch ever? Wasn’t that why we were supposed to believe in the process?
