P5...the new P4

Every few years we go through this mess. They level, then multiply at the top technical ladder. Everyone will be shooting for P5s soon as they increase those numbers and hire college kids and foreigners.

I would imagine they offer some packages.

They will not offer a package unless you are reallocated and, from a PM perspective, you are a "satisfactory" performer.
