No one answered you because they are all spineless cowards who shouldn’t even have a job in the industry. The culture is one of backstabbing and ass kissing to a bunch of awful, morally corrupt Novo rejects.
But if you need a job, you would take anything so why even ask the specifics? This is literally the last place a person should go. It’s a career killer. But I’ll play along.

I see people on LinkedIn all excited and happy as they announce they are joining Ascendis. Makes me sad to think in two months they will be miserable as they are pissed on and marginalized every step of the way. I can’t get out of here soon enough.

Take a look at the Radius debacle under JK's direction. Take a look at the underwhelming performace of the Acendis version of GH under JS's guidance. I think you will agree that those of us who did not jump at the "opportunity" to work here were smarter that you give us credit for. Maybe you did and you're kicking yoruself for trusting them, hmmm? It’s a good paying gig especially for a displaced rep. However, unless you don’t have other options be very careful coming here. Indeed as it’s been mentioned, it’s a Novo big pharma PCP culture here. Dumpster fire alert!

Word is out on the toxic culture here. I’ve been interviewing like crazy to get out, this place is such a stain on the resume. While I agree leadership is weak, and the weakest ass kissers move one up, I feel surrounded by backstabbing self promoters, self promoters like AV who are all talk with no results. So spot on, a culture of every man/woman for themselves.
