Is everyone enjoying this VP Circle Jerk? Sessions full of why do you love CET. Meaningless words describing more meaningless words when all that is changing is less managers and 2 products per rep. Zero content in a meeting combined with constant cult like reminders that "everything" is changing (when nothing really has) is just becoming humorous at this point.

Show me that doubled up bonus in the bank and I'll see you later.

By the way, I give the Accent Crew/Leadership 8 months before this huge cluster catches up with them and Japan disposes of them properly.

Actually, a lot has changed. How about less and less things to do, fewer and fewer prescribers too see, more and more BS every day to contend with. The company just tries to sugar coat everything, pretending bad news is no bad news, just "change".

And of course, the responsible people have no answers on how to address it. It's the Otsuka way of running a business, managers and RSDs included.

The people that understand that have long ago gotten themselves promoted. They can say bullshit all day long with a huge increase in salary they so richly deserve and have nothing to fear.
