They claim to not have any pathologists on staff, but we know they have one. If you need a consult etc, you are supposed to use a Doc within their network.. the big question is who besides the medical director is keeping an eye on things.

Path Solutions is the lowest scum out there. Setting up clients to read their own cases while writing down anything not collected by insurance. OIG will take a look at these dirtbags one day and close them down.

Sounds like you are a frustrated sales rep.
I have been a client of Pathology Solutions for many years and have found Pathology Solutions to be the finest regional anatomic pathology lab. They have an outstanding network of nationally recognized pathologists available for primary reads and consultations. All clients are free and encouraged to have consults read by any pathologist of their choice.
Pathology Solutions and Aurora Dagnostics goes to great extent to assure that all business and billing arrangements are legally compliant with both state and Federal guidelines.
This is in sharp contrast to Plus that has come under investigation for illegal business practices including sham consulting agreements, illegal purchase of business's underage guise of EMR donation and infringement of copyright.
The pathologists and staff of Plus are fleeing in droves, many to Pathology Solutions. Is that the profile of a successful and confident company?
I suggest that your company learn to adopt best practices and not assail them !

You sure must be making lots of money of this arrangement to be tooting their horn like this. I would like to hear from somone not making money off these dirt bags to give a comment. When was PS purchased by Aurora? How can they allow PS to operate the way they do. Ticking time bomb sits in NJ.

I sell against these guys every day. Your comments show money is the focus instead of your patients.

Why is Plus and "sold" coming up all the time here. Lemme make this very clear. No one will buy Plus. What does this marginal lab have to sell? Questionable tactics and gimmicks to attract business are all they got. Nothing of value.
