1- Pathway lost over 70% of the training class from November 2013, the sales force will continue to erode. In any given week people are leaving at least 1-2 a week. The management will continue to blame the sales force, i.e. they are "crazy" "morans" "dirtbags" "scumbag" etc,, while continuing to portray themselves as perfect. (LMAO)

2 - Morale will continue to downslide as there is no positive atmosphere. Only negative, negative, and more negative.

3 - No leadership at the helm of the ship. Seriously this group of managers is nothing to
look up to. The poison in management is evident from their ranting, spewing, vile they dump on here.

4- BRCA will NOT grow the company's business as they estimated. The lab only has 10 whole tests in since June 1.

5- Expect another big screw up with the FDA like the Walgreen's fiasco. (Comedy of errors)

6- They will find a replacement for Todd. It might be one of the she devils, maybe the midget.

Don't know if quite that many of us are gone but the part about the leadership or lack of is very true. There is another thread here that says Todd has gone somewhere else.

Mamma Print is better than BRCA all Oncologists know this. IMO they are riding a dead horse that wont make it to the finish line. Management always blames the Salesforce.

Wow, this was posted 5 weeks ago and already 1 through 5 have happened. #6 Has not happened and they would be stupid to find a replacement for Todd.

You are correct, especially since it has been 6 days since the slaughter, and no one knows a damn thing! Just keep doing business as normal. What the heck is normal around here?

Have the managers come around to collect the IPADs, and other company property. Did K'lene send out instructions on a check out, sending the equipment back to the Satan's den in San Diego?
Sounds like mass of confusion from a very sad and failing company.
