Any change to RST?

60/40 and a pat on the back for Fasenra referrals .

There’s a reason they are pulling RST away from Pulms.

Take note people . Only 1 person launched Trellegy, and its doing well. 1 rep on Anoro and it’s doing well. The future at AZ respiratory is getting smaller and smaller by the year. Just wait till the second half of 2019.

That last paragraph makes no sense. If anything they should be more aligned to pulmonary especially w/ triple. They are the ones w/ long standing relationships in that arena. WTF is happening to AZ? Decisions made are so bad.

One Rep is sometimes adequate when you have 90-100% formulary coverage. We’re not there, so we have to fight to win more of the rxs.

Who wants a twice daily inhaler when they can get once daily that works better? Ask the genius who did the Bevespi vs Anoro study. Opportunity to take 4 puffs a day, increase inspiratory capacity so you could blow harder! What relationships are you talking about? Pulms love hot GSK reps over old fat AZ reps!

What an idiot..OMG it’s so hard to inhale four times a day, whatever will these poor unfortunate patients do. You do realize patients hit that shit whenever they want regardless of what the “dosing” is. It’s all about coverage and that’s it is with Anoro. None have these inhalers have ever separated themselves as being worlds better than the next. What I hear from providers is dry powder sucks.

Ask any physician, these are commodity products. All the patient cares about is the price they pay at the pharmacy. They will switch to save 50 cents.
