Place is toxic from the top (Rick) to the bottom (people in that MBA rotation program). They talk about “ways of working” in which we should be collaborative and trust each other. Then people take 100% of the credit on projects they did very little for in front of Rick while the people who did the work WATCH and cannot say anything. if you are in US PDT or thinking about coming to PDT because you’re desperate, do not help anybody, especially those MBA rotation program people. they are snakes of the highest order.
