There are a lot of AZ casualties like Lynn out there.  Those that began their careers hired by and working for truly good and supportive DSMs who were proven and experienced sales people.  They coached and modeled excellent sales skills and prided themselves in developing future DSMs and leaders in the company.  Today the role of successful leaders has done a 180 in a culture of gotcha management where people are promoted for having fired the most reps or who have used the politics of marginalizing their peers by backstabbing and rumor mongering to promote their own careers at the expense of everyone else around them.  Lynn was a great person who deserved a lot better.
