This sickens me on so many levels. My thoughts are with everyone that was affected. Unfortunately the criteria used left no room for exceptions. Baffles me that an organization can continue to operate like this and expect performance, yet do Nothing to boost morale.
Even more baffling is that many that Should be let go continue to make it through these cuts time after time. How in the world is MB in Houston still employed after the toxicity he generates??
