I totally agree with the above post.  You see good sales people go for no valid reason.  How about firing the account director who didn't get the product on formulary?  Nooooooooooooooo  that never happens.  So you blame a damn good rep or a damn good manager and fire them.   Well if they would do it to them...they will do it to me someday.  I don't care anymore about dear ole AZ....I'll go through the motions and give them the metrics they want while building my side business.
